It’s October! Don’t forget the Library has Halloween masks you can check out! Come and take a look or search the catalog. Here’s a look at a few we have.
What are we doing at the library this month?
First up the adults are having a sign painting class. This class will take two [2] Fridays to finish. It will start on Friday, October 4th at 1:00 and finish on Friday, October 11th at 1:00. This class does require you so sign up and will cost each person $3.00 to cover the cost of supplies.
The kids will a Halloween craft day on Monday, October 21st at 3:00 [the local kids are out of school this day]. There will be crafts for the younger kids and the teens. ON Wednesday, October 30th we will be doing Henna Tattoos. Anyone under 18 who wants a Hanna Tattoo will need to have a signed permission slip before hand.
Parents will have to come in and sign the slip. This way we know they have read the sheet that explains what a Henna Tattoo is.
The Library will be CLOSED on Monday, October 14th in Honor of Columbus Day. We will also be CLOSED on Wednesday and Thursday, October 23rd & 24th and open late on Friday, October 25th. All employees will be attending the State Library Conference at this time.
There will be NO Friday Food club on Friday October 25th.
