The library will offer coffee, tea or cappuccino. someone from the club will bring some type of food. For the first meeting I think it’s breakfast casserole. Dorothy Welch will be the moderator for this club.

It was decided to have everyone read one of the new Kansas Notable books for the first meeting. then at each meeting we can decide what to read next, and what to eat at the next meeting!

July 31, 2024 was the end of the 2024 summer reading program. We ended out program this year with and adventure to the Carnival. We set up a few carnival games in our new room for the everyone to play.

After the game we had drinks and popcorn for everyone. The at the end we handed out the prize bags.

This year we had 12 5 & under kids signed up

There were 17 kids ages 6 to 11 signed up.

We even had 8 12 to 17 years olds.

Each group had their own craft days. We also had some days that were for everyone who wanted to attend. The most popular was probably the snakes.
