Those riding the float need to be on the float and ready to be judged by 5:30. We will agian this year be starting at the Weber’s shop [the haunted house]. Funding raising for the Library

As you all know everyone needs extra money these days.  Goldie, Connie and Darlene  will be spending their evenings at the Richmond Ball Park running the concession stand during the ball season.  So far they have raise about three hundred dollars with a week and a half of ball season left.…

Origami @ the library

The Richmond Public Library is doing Origami. On Monday June 19th @ 5:00 kids 10 years and up were invited to the library to try their hand at origami. They just picked what they wanted to make and then tried it. The kids all seemed to agree that origami is really hard.

On Thursday June 22 @ 1:00 the library will be doing easy origami. The patterns we will be using will be a frog and a fox. Paper will be cut to the right size and a pattern will be available to look at. A librarian or volunteer will also be avaialbe to help you make you fox or frog or both if you have time.…
