The Richmond Public library needs your help. We are working towards a goal of $$2,000.00 to recoup what it cost to renovate the bathroom and replace the back door.  Please consider giving a gift on Giving Tuesday or anytime in November/December. Just wanted to let everyone know the library renovations are done. We have a new back door and the bathroom leak is fixed, new toilet and sink are in.

We hope this is the last renovation for a while.

The library is open our regular hours.

We might be Closed Friday,November 11th for Veteran’s day, not sure yet, watch for signs.  The Library will be closed November 24th, 25th & 26th for the Thanksgiving Holiday

Here are the last eleven [11] of the 2022 Christmas raffle basket. Please support the library and buy raffle tickets. Baskets will be on display at the library until December 3rd, when they will be taken to the Richmond Community building to be on display during the Richmond Christmas Festival and winners will be drawn that evening.

[remember the library is closed the last week of October to get the restroom leak fixed.]

It’s that time of year! Raffle time!

The 2022 Christmas raffle baskets are done and we are ready to sell tickets. Tickets are $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00, we will be selling tickets until December 3rd when the winners will be drawn at the Richmond Christmas Festival.

This year since we have the bathroom leak we have to pay for we are really hopping to sell a lot of ticket to help pay for the costs of fixing that leak.

The library will be closed starting Saturday, October 22nd. We are getting the leak fixed in our bathroom and to do so the concrete floor needs to be jack hammered out, line fixes and concrete put back in.

We hope to be back open by Friday, October 28th, watch for signs and post to be sure.
