Northeast Kansas Library System [NEKLS] is the system that the Richmond Public Library belongs to. For the past few years NEKLS has been having “Bus Tours’, in which librarians, and library board members load up on a bus and tour different libraries. This year Richmond was on the tour.
    
On Thursday, May 3 around 1:30 a big green bus pulled into town loaded with library people. There were around 20 people on the tour this year. The librarians at Richmond hope to be able attend the tour next year.
