Here are the 2024 Christmas Raffle baskets. Tickets will be sold right up to the time of the drawing. Winners will be drawn during the Richmond Library Chili/Chili Dog dinner on Saturday, December 14, 2024. The dinner will be held at the Richmond Community Building from 4:30 – 7:30 PM. Santa also plans to make a stop during the dinner.
