NExpress catalog software upgrade

The NExpress Library Catalog (catalog.nexpresslibrary.org) will undergo a software upgrade after 8:15 p.m. on the evening of May 6, 2017. During the upgrade, library patrons will not be able to access the catalog or any of its features.
New features in the catalog will include:
Library users will be able to pay outstanding library fees through PayPal on the new catalog
The new catalog will be able to send many of the messages that are currently sent by e-mail as text messages (this feature will require some setup on the part of the library)
Library users who have their children’s accounts attached to their own accounts will be able to see what items are checked out to those children (this feature will require some setup on the part of the library)
Library users whose children’s accounts are attached to their own accounts will also be blocked if their child’s accounts are blocked by overdue fees
The NExpress library consortium consists of 43 public libraries and 1 school district in Northeast Kansas. For a complete list of member libraries, please see our website at catalog.nexpresslibrary.org.
