This is the 12th in Evanovich’s Stephanie Plum series. Everyone’s favorite Jersey girl is once again up to her neck in danger involving stolen identity, kidnapping and murder. And of course, our girl is still torn between Ranger and Joe Morelli. The usual cast of crazy characters are back, such as Sally Sweet, Lula, Grandma Mazur and Steph’s arch enemy, Joyce Barnhardt. Although much of the events in the story are predictable, it’s predictable in good way; like chocolate chip cookies are predictably yummy. For those who are already fans of the Stephanie Plum series, you’ll enjoy is this book. If you’ve not yet read any of these fun books, what are you waiting for?
