Three from the Richmond Public Library attended the NEKLS [Northeast Kansas Library System] Fall Assembly on Thursday, October 16th.

The assembly is held every October for libraries in the NEKLS system. This years assembly was held at the Capitol Plaza Hotel in Topeka Kansas. Keynote speaker was Michael Hoeflich, distinguished professor at the University of Kansas School of Law. The ever popular State Library Road Show presented an “abridged” version of their popular show. There was also a breakout session where libraries of similar size got together to talk about how things are going.
