Franklin County is hosting a series of Public Forums to discuss the 2009 Franklin County Strategic Plan. All residents of Franklin County are encouraged to attend and assist in the development of the 2009 Strategic Plan. There are eight planned meetings. Richmond, Pomona, Williamsburg, Rantoul, Wellsville Princeton and 2 in Ottawa. Richmond’s is October 27Th @ 7:00 p.m. at the Richmond community building.
