There are several event’s planned at the library for February 2013.
First up is the kick-off for the Kansas Reads program. We will meet at 1:00 discuss this year’s book ” Then We Came To The End” by Joshua Ferris and have some refreshments.
Since this month is Valentines Day we will have a couple of events around this theme.
First up the adult will be making mini pies for their sweeties on Friday, February 8th at 1:00. We will see how many give their pies away, they were very popular the last time we made them, but them we also got the eat them right away!
And last is the libraries annual “Chocolate Day’ in honor of Valentine’s Day. This year it will be on Valentine’s Day, Thursday, February 14th @ 4:00 for the kids [might do something with the adults at 2:00]
On Monday, February 18 the library WILL be open. We have decided to have a snack day in honor of President’s Day. We will be serving favorite snacks of the presidents at 4:00.
